You can change the current quest location by taping the 'Journal' button and then 'Relocate'.
Please be informed that you have to be at least 1300m away from the current quest location to be able to relocate.
Sometimes The Witcher: Monster Slayer may not be able to relocate your quest by saying "There's no suitable spot nearby for relocating the quest" message. That is because there are no Points of Interest for the game to find another suitable location nearby.
In this case, you have to move to another area and try relocating again.
It may occur in the following areas: mountains, seasides, lakes, forests, or roadless areas.
If you have no access to relocate the quest (for example quest is titled "???" or quest without indicators like Lothar, Blacksmith) please be advised that the quest location will change automatically when you move at least 1300m away from the current position.
